Breakfast Club ADE 2026: Five Parties, One Underground Journey Through Amsterdam

From Gene On Earth and Binh to Craig Richards and Nicolas Lutz, Breakfast Club is bringing five interconnected events to Amsterdam Dance Event 2026, celebrating the art of the long session.

Amsterdam Dance Event is turning 30, and the city’s underground scene is preparing for another intense week of electronic music. But while much of ADE revolves around packed schedules and racing between venues, Breakfast Club ADE 2026 is taking a different approach.

From October 22 to 26, the Amsterdam-based promoter will present five interconnected events across Pllek, RADION and Garage Noord. With a programme spanning minimal house, deep grooves, electro and experimental electronics, the concept is built around something increasingly valuable in club culture: giving the music room to breathe.

For those who appreciate patient selections, unexpected transitions and dancefloors that evolve over hours rather than minutes, this is one of the most compelling underground programmes of ADE 2026.

Five Events, One Continuous Clubbing Experience

Breakfast Club has developed its ADE programme around five distinctive gatherings, each with its own musical direction.

Rather than simply bringing together a collection of headline DJs, the promoter is creating a journey through different corners of underground electronic music.

The programme combines intimate musical connections, established selectors, adventurous back-to-back sessions and extended dancefloor experiences.

October 22: One Long Groove — Gene On Earth Takes Control

The opening event takes place at Pllek on Thursday, October 22, from 22:00 to 06:00, in collaboration with Limousine Dream.

Curated by Gene On Earth, One Long Groove brings together a lineup that reflects his distinctive approach to club music.

Highlights include:

  • Gene On Earth b2b Peach
  • Dyed Soundorom b2b DJ Sweet6teen
  • Midland
  • Octo Octa (Live)
  • Talaboman

From the playful, groove-driven character associated with Gene On Earth to the expansive musical vocabulary of Talaboman, this opening session promises an adventurous start to the marathon.

October 23: The Sound of Belgium — A Celebration of Underground Heritage

On Friday, October 23, Breakfast Club joins forces with Brussels-based Kiosk Radio for The Sound of Belgium, running from 18:00 to 04:00 at Pllek.

The programme celebrates Belgian electronic music through a combination of influential figures and contemporary selectors.

Artists include CJ Bolland, Nosedrip, CARISTA, AliA, DC Salas, Lola Haro and several others.

It’s a reminder that club culture is not defined by a single sound. House, electro and Belgium’s wider electronic heritage all contribute to a musical identity that continues to evolve.

October 24: Runner’s High — Binh, Donato Dozzy and More at RADION

Saturday brings the programme to RADION for Runner’s High, a daytime session running from 09:00 to 19:00.

For dedicated underground listeners, this is arguably one of the most intriguing selections of the entire weekend.

The lineup includes Binh b2b Lena Willikens, Donato Dozzy performing a house set, Ivan Smagghe b2b John Talabot, Rrose (Live) and a broader cast of selectors.

Binh’s precise, understated approach to underground dance music makes this a particularly interesting date for minimal enthusiasts.

Meanwhile, Donato Dozzy’s house set offers another reason to pay attention, bringing a different dimension to an artist widely respected for his hypnotic musical sensibility.

October 25: Second Wind — Craig Richards, Christian AB and Ogazón

Sunday morning continues at RADION with Second Wind, scheduled from 09:00 to 19:00.

Among the highlights are Christian AB b2b Ogazón, Gene On Earth, Ben UFO, Craig Richards and Matthew Neequaye b2b OK Williams.

For followers of leftfield house and minimal club culture, the combination of Craig Richards and Christian AB is especially attractive.

The appeal lies in the potential for musical unpredictability: selections that move between genres, subtle changes in energy and moments that reward dancers willing to stay for the full journey.

October 25–26: The Final Stretch — 30 Hours at Garage Noord

The programme reaches its conclusion with The Final Stretch, beginning on Sunday, October 25 at 18:00 and continuing for 30 hours until midnight on Monday, October 26.

Hosted at Garage Noord, this extended closing event features Nicolas Lutz, Gene On Earth, livwutang b2b Lola Haro, Angel D’lite b2b tINI, Akua and numerous other artists.

The 30-hour format also connects with ADE’s 30th anniversary.

For minimal and underground house followers, Nicolas Lutz stands out as one of the most compelling names on the bill.

The closing marathon represents the central idea behind Breakfast Club’s programming: a dancefloor experience that is allowed to develop naturally, without constantly resetting the energy.

Why Breakfast Club Stands Out at ADE 2026

Amsterdam Dance Event brings together countless approaches to electronic music, from large-scale showcases to intimate gatherings.

Breakfast Club occupies a particularly interesting space within that ecosystem.

Its programme reflects a culture built around musical exploration rather than a narrow definition of genre. Minimal house sits alongside electro, deep house, experimental electronics and other forms of underground dance music.

There is also a clear emphasis on the relationship between selectors and their audience.

Long sessions create opportunities for DJs to build narratives, explore unexpected records and develop a connection with the dancefloor that shorter festival appearances do not always allow.

That philosophy is especially relevant to the minimal and microhouse community, where subtlety, patience and carefully constructed grooves remain essential elements of the experience.

The F&SP! Perspective

The beauty of underground club culture has never been about collecting the greatest number of headline names in a single weekend.

It’s about discovering the unexpected record, the transition that changes the atmosphere and the moments when a room finds its collective rhythm.

With artists such as Gene On Earth, Binh, Craig Richards and Nicolas Lutz across its programme, Breakfast Club offers an alternative route through ADE 2026.

Five events, three venues and one underlying philosophy: the best grooves deserve time to unfold.

And that’s exactly the kind of club culture we’re here for.
